WHAT DOES A WORKSHOP ENTAIL?

We're based in Melbourne but pride ourselves on being digitally savvy and unafraid of phones.

If you're also located in Melbourne we can try and accommodate a face to face workshop, otherwise all workshops will be held either over the phone or via video chat. Our workshops are like we are - friendly and accessible. So don't worry about being unprepared; we'll let you know if you need to do anything before we chat and guide you through the entire process.

 


I LOVE YOU BUT I DON'T LIVE IN MELBOURNE.

Being digital natives, we've grown up within the reality of remote work.

You'll struggle to find a platform we're not already on, which means we're available for a video, phone or typed out chat whenever you need us, wherever you are (sleeping hours dependent).

 


I CAN'T SEE A PACKAGE THAT FITS MY NEEDS.

Totes okay. We created our packages as quick options for our most popular services - but true to our values, we are agile as can be. Our hourly rate is set at $70 and covers everything from copywriting to website building. If you're the type of person who knows what the spend is before beginning something, get in touch and we can prepare a custom package for you.

 


I NEED ONGOING SUPPORT - CAN YOU HELP?

Basically the same as above. Our hourly rate is $70 but can be tailored to a customised monthly, or weekly package depending on your needs and budget. We like to put a lot of love into everything we do, so our bandwidth to take on ongoing work also depends on what else we have going at the time. Get in touch with us and we'll let you know if we have the capacity - or if we know someone else who does.

 


WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All our off-the-shelf packages require upfront payment before work begins. For tailored packages, we'll provide you with an invoice: for this a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the total to be paid in full before the final delivery of work. 

On the basis that we offer services and do not sell a physical product, we cannot offer refunds. In saying that, we have never had an unhappy customer and plan to keep it that way. We don't tick boxes and walk away - something is only truly 'done' when all parties are happy with the result.
